Roasted pork loin slow cooked in a sweet and tangy rub and thinly sliced and served in It’s roasted juices. Offered with a variety of sides including our house whiskey barbecue sauce, pickled onions, pickled apples, and coleslaw. Served with brioche slider rolls.
